Rules & Regulations
1. There is a 4 hour notice to guarantee reservations.
2. Our Cancelation Policy is as follows:
A. When client cancels more than 24 hours in advance of the reservation there is no charge.
B. Cancelations made between 4-24 hours prior to the reservation will be charged $50, for each additional tax on the reservation cancelation is $25.
C. For Cancelations under 4 hours, No-Shows or passenger arriving at Pick-Up location after reservation time (this is also considered a No-Show) the full fare is charged.
3. Red Dot leaves the pick-up locations on time, please be a few minutes early. Like a train, once we leave we don't turn back.
4. If a passenger misses their pick-up due to no fault of Red Dot they have a few options. One, passenger should call to see what Red Dot's soonest availability is, with a little luck we can pick passenger up on the next run which is within 1:30-2 hours. The second option is to book within our policy, 4 hours notice to guaranty reservation. If option two is too long of a wait, perhaps option 3 will work. Option 3 is to utilize our sister company Serlin International Limousine. Please call 800-762-6927 or reserve online (www.serlinlimo.com). Serlin can usually immediate pick-up from JFK & LaGuardia within 30 minutes. Serlin's pricing is competitive to the local market.
5. For Westchester locations a New York State Sales Tax will be added to the fare.
6. Each passenger is allowed 1 Suitcase & 1 Carry-On. Inform Red Dot if traveler has excessive luggage, extra fees may apply ($25 per bag).
7. Children Policy: One free child (6 years old or younger) per paying adult.
