Reservations
Reservations are required to guarantee prompt service levels.  Online reservations are required 24 hours prior to travel.  Phone reservations (1-800-673-3368) require 2-hour notice to guarantee service. 

Going to the Airport…
Please be at the pick up location a few minutes early, as the shuttle will leave on time.  For pick up times please check schedule.

Coming from the Airport…
From 7:30AM through Midnight.

After retrieving your luggage and/or clearing customs and immigration please call 1-800-6-RED-DOT (1-800-673-3368) from any pay phone in the arrival area.  Press #2 for airport pick up, you will be connected to an attendant that will instruct you where to meet the shuttle based on which terminal you are at.  Before 10PM you will be picked up and on your way to your destination within 45 minutes of your call, after 10PM 1 hour.

General
For all pick ups there is a 2-hour notice required for all cancellations and/or changes or the full fare will be billed.  All no shows will be billed full fare as well.

All passengers are allowed a reasonable amount of luggage, 2 standard sized suitcases and 1 carry-on per person.  No smoking or pets allowed.
